We'd rather tell you the real delivery time up front than surprise you later. Here's exactly how shipping works.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: $8.00
- Free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more
Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
How long it takes
Processing: orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
Delivery: after shipping, most items arrive in 6 to 15 days. Estimates by item:
- Four-Leaf Solar Lantern: usually 8 to 15 days
- Fold-Flat Water Bucket, Squeeze Water Filter Kit, Reflective Emergency Shelter and Pocket Wire Saw: usually 7 to 15 days
- Fold-Flat Water Jug: usually 6 to 12 days
- Windproof Arc Lighter: usually 12 to 18 days
Each product page also shows its own delivery time. These are estimates from our shipping partners, not guarantees, and delays can happen around holidays and bad weather.
Tracking
You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Multiple items
Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days. You won't be charged extra for this.
Address problems
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet. We can't cover orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Late or missing orders
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, email support@lanternready.com and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
